You found me here because you were searching for "something". You are feeling out of alignment, unsettled, and frustrated, but you just don't know why or how to move forward. You are not feeling at your best.
I mentioned up above that many women are feeling the same way you are right now.

And I was one of them.
A few years ago, I was brought to my knees from the burdens I was carrying and finally came to the end of myself. I had nothing left in me to give. I was overwhelmed, anxious, unhappy and unsettled. I felt stuck and unable to breathe. And the worst part of it was that it wasn't just affecting me - it was affecting everyone around me, including my children.
The only thing I could do was surrender - let go of everything I felt responsible for, everything I had no control over, and make room for God to move in my life.

As difficult as that season was for me, I am so grateful for it. I was able to connect with God in a way I had never experienced before. My relationship with Him deepened. I was experiencing peace even amidst so much uncertainty. Fear had been broken.
I could breathe!

This was the beginning of my journey - a season full of discovery, healing, reflection, freedom, and connection. I gained clarity, strength, confidence, peace, joy, and a knowing that can only come from a personal relationship with Jesus.

Christian Coaching combines the progress and accountability of life coaching with the power and transformation of God the Father, Son (Jesus) and Holy Spirit. A Christian Coach helps others to unlock the power of God in their lives to resolve life challenges and create amazing results.
A Life Coach helps people move from where they are to where they want to be, while a Christian Life Coach helps people move from where they are to where God wants them to be. They help the client find a more eternal purpose and move from trying to fulfill personal agendas to pursuing God's plan and purpose.
